This band is from Kharkov, Ukraine, from the label (Season of Mist). This folk/black metal band have only released amazing work. Drudkh was formed by Roman Saenko from [Hate Forest, Dark Ages and Blood Of Kindu]. Drudkh is a very private band, throughout their career they have not interviewed nor have they released the lyrics to several of their albums. Drudkh have been around since 2003 and their new album "Eternal Turn Of The Wheel" is an amazing album. It starts off with a great intro song "Eternal Circle" a 1:16 long song of sounds that give you the theme of the album within 20 seconds of this intro to "Breath Of Cold Black Soil" which is an amazing song. The transition from "Eternal Circle" to "Breath Of Cold Black Soil" is subtle but electric. Now for the next 10 minutes enjoy raw power of Drudkh. All five tracks are great from first to last. "Night Woven Of Snow, Winds and Grey-Haired Stars" is the last track of the album making "Eternal Turn Of The Wheel" one of favorite albums of this year. That is until Hooded Menace releases their new album (9/11/12) I highly recommend this album if you enjoy good metal. 5 tracks of pure gold.
